Anyways, the overall property buying process was stressful and overwhelming, but we somehow managed to buy our first home in 2017 after looking for more than 6 months. Back then, I thought taking 6 months when buying a property is quite normal but now as a property buyers’ agent at “Investors Delight” I know that taking 6 months to buy a home is too long and it is not normal. 


When I am buying property for my clients as a property buyers’ agent, on an average I take around 4 to 6 weeks to buy a property.
